Atlas Fence All-Star: Leah Randall, Clinton field hockey. Randall set a new career mark netting five goals to help the Comets to its first victory of the season handling New York Mills 8-1 on September 6.
Byrne Dairy Prime Performer: Stella Wright, Copenhagen girls soccer. The Gold Knights rolled past South Lewis 8-0 as part of a 3-0 start with Wright netting three goals to lead her team’s attack.
CNY Softwash & Pressure Washing Superstar: Sienna Rhode, East Syracuse Minoa-Liverpool gymnastics. Rhode had the top all-around score of 36.0 winning three different apparatus during the Spartans’ 125.8-123.9 defeat to Whitesboro on September 6.
Fire Brothers Red-Hot Performance: Kevin Heller, Fayetteville-Manlius boys cross country. In a time of 15 minutes 45 seconds Heller won Varsity Race 1 and helped the Hornets to the team title during the September 6 Mustang Invitational at Mount Markham.
The Image Press Icon: Alivya Packer, Hamilton girls volleyball. Packer amassed 32 assists and also gained five aces which helped the Emerald Knights rally to defeat Weedsport in five sets on September 3.
Little York Plantation Play of the Week: Peyton Way, New Hartford football, returning a punt 70 yards for a touchdown, ultimately serving as the clinching points for the Spartans in a wild 50-48 victory over Indian River on September 5.
Mabey’s Moving and Storage Major Mover: Olivia McManus, Baldwinsville girls swimming. The Bees claimed its season opener 87-75 over Syracuse City on September 4 led by McManus who had victories in the 50-yard freestyle and 100-yard butterfly.
Mirbeau Inn and Spa Megastar: Keyanna Diaz, Beaver River girls tennis. Competing in singles for the Beavers, Diaz has won all three of her matches this season and has helped Beaver River get off to a 3-0 start.
M. Lemp Jewelers Rewarding Effort: Leah Bray, Herkimer girls soccer. Pouring in five goals, Bray proved unstoppable for the Magicians and a difference-maker in a 7-3 victory over Little Falls on September 3.
Mooney Marketing Group/Bristol 7 Enterprises Major Performance: Antwan Hicks, Solvay football. Hicks scored three first-quarter touchdowns including an 80-yard kick return which helped launch the Bearcats toward a 54-23 victory over Cortland on September 5.
Nye Automotive Mark of Excellence: Madison Campione, Central Valley Academy field hockey. The Thunder dominated in a 6-0 victory over Sauquoit Valley on September 4 with Campione at the center of it finishing with a three-goal hat trick.
O’Hara Electric Electrifying Play: Anna Aupperle and Zofia Piorkowski, Marcellus girls tennis, rallying in three sets to beat Madelyn Vance and Makayla Barron for the clinching point in the Mustangs’ 4-3 victory over Skaneateles on September 3.
Onondaga Flooring Outstanding Achievement: Tyler Dibble, West Canada Valley football. All Dibble did in the Nighthawks’ 46-8 victory over Syracuse OnTech was run for three long touchdowns, recover a fumble for another and return an interception 40 yards for a fifth score.
Purcell Paints Prime Performer: Koda Hubbard, Cortland boys golf. Shooting a nine-hole score of 37 at Emerald Crest, Hubbard led the Purple Tigers to a 195-233 victory over Mexico on September 3.
Rockbridge Investment Management Risk Taker: Paddy Reilly, Skaneateles boys soccer. The Lakers defeated Rochester Aquinas 3-1 in the September 6 final of the Finger Lakes Cup with Reilly picking up a goal and assist in the second half.
Senke CNY Garage Door Sensational Star: Eliana Becker, West Genesee girls volleyball. In a rare 20-20 performance Becker gained 21 digs and 20 assists which led the Wildcats past Jamesville-DeWitt in four sets on September 2.
Sierson Crane and Welding Sensational Star: Jayden Thomas, Phoenix football. When the Firebirds defeated Hannibal 28-20 in the September 4 season opener Thomas ran wild accumulating 236 yards on 17 carries and scored three touchdowns.
Syracuse Orthopedic Specialists Stellar Athlete: Ethan Briggs, Holland Patent football. On September 4 against Southern Hills Briggs threw for 305 yards on 17-for-22 completions and five touchdowns in a 41-24 victory.
Top Notch Roofing Top Star: Adrianna Arthur, Watertown girls soccer. Putting up three goals and adding an assist, Arthur helped the Cyclones get to double digits on the scoreboard defeating General Brown 10-2 on September 4.
University Sports Shop/Manny’s Major Moment: Delilah Pandori-Howell, Nottingham girls cross country, prevailing in 17 minutes 59.1 seconds to take the Varsity 2 race during the September 6 Mustang Invitational at Mount Markham.
Wilkins RV Winning Player: Charlie Losani, Auburn boys golf. In its first head-to-head match of the season September 5 the Maroons Beat Fulton 209-236 with Losani shooting a 40 for nine holes to lead the way.
Wonder Windows Winning Performance: Maddox Miller, Oneida boys soccer. Sensational in goal, Miller stopped all eight shots he faced and helped the Express give Camden its first defeat of the season 1-0 on September 2.
