Atlas Fence All-Star: Lejla Kendic, Sauquoit Valley girls basketball. The Hawks earned a 53-25 win over Mount Markham on December 5 led by Kendic putting up 22 points and adding seven rebounds.
B&B Lumber Big Mover: Aidan Trimper, Watertown IHC ice hockey. Trimper dominated the Cavaliers’ 8-3 victory over Ogdesnburg Free Academy on December 4 piling up five goals and contributing two assists.
Byrne Dairy Prime Performer: Jenna Preski, Rome Free Academy girls volleyball. Preski earned 16 kills and 19 digs as the Black Knights, improving to 2-0 on the season, defeated Rome Free Academy in four sets on December 5.
Clifton Recycling Rewarding Effort: Justin Zimmerman, Solvay boys bowling. Zimmerman shot games of 244, 212 and 212 in a 668 series leading the Bearcats past Homer 5-2 on December 3 at Strike-N-Spare Lanes.
CNY Softwash & Pressure Washing Superstar: Margie Barton, LaFargeville girls basketball. Earning 24 points for more than half her team’s output, Barton helped carry the Red Knights past Thousand Islands 45-42 on December 3.
Fire Brothers Red-Hot Performance: Reid Danforth, Skaneateles boys basketball. All Danforth did in the Lakers’ season-opening 93-57 victory over Solvay was pour in a career-best 54 points to go with 17 rebounds and four steals.
F.W. Webb Winning Effort: Gavin Flanagan, West Genesee boys swimming. Victories in the 200 and 500-yard freestyle and a victory in a relay by Flanagan helped the Wildcats hold off Oswego 95-90 in the December 4 season opener.

Mabey’s Moving and Storage Major Mover: Miles Nelen, Cooperstown boys basketball. The Hawkeyes stayed unbeaten topping Utica Academy of Science 74-63 on December 4 with Nelen at the forefront as he picked up 33 points.
Mirbeau Inn and Spa Megastar: Ella Polak, Tully girls basketball. With her 22 points, seven rebounds and four assists Polak helped push the Black Knights to a 54-44 victory over Homer in the finals of Homer Tournament on December 6.
M. Lemp Jewelers Rewarding Effort: Nolan O’Brien, Clinton boys ice hockey. The Comets defeated Mohawk Valley 6-3 at Clinton Arena on December 3 with O’Brien’s two goals and one assist leading a balanced attack.
Mooney Marketing Group/Bristol 7 Enterprises Major Performance: Bol Garang, Nottingham boys basketball. Garang finished with 27 points and the Bulldogs got to the century mark on December 3 in a 100-50 victory over PSLA-Fowler.
Nye Automotive Mark of Excellence: Emersynn Wilson, McGraw girls basketball. Every bit of Wilson’s 25 points, five steals and four rebounds was needed for the Eagles in a 46-45 victory over Otselic Valley on December 5.

Onondaga Flooring Outstanding Achievement: Christian Brothers Academy football team, who earned its third consecutive state Class AA championship and fourth state title in five years December 6 at the JMA Dome when it defeated Saratoga Springs 41-12.
Potter and Perone Special Performance: Cooper Dawson, Oswego boys swimming. Dawson not only won the 50-yard freestyle in the December 6 Hilton Invitational, his time of 22.13 seconds qualified for March’s state championship meet.
Premier Hardwood Premier Player: Aiden Prunty, Carthage boys basketball. Prunty put up 32 points which included six successful 3-pointers which helped the Comets rout Hannibal 99-48 on December 3.
Purcell Paints Prime Performer: Jonah Young, Auburn ice hockey. When the Maroons won 4-2 over Cicero-North Syracuse on December 3 at Casey Park, Young stopped 35 of the 37 shots she faced.
Rockbridge Investment Management Risk Taker: Mallory Brown, Weedsport girls basketball. Brown earned 18 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals when the Wolverines defeated Pulaski 61-27 on December 4.

Top Notch Roofing Top Star: Marco Benedetto, Whitesboro ice hockey. Benedetto was unstoppable when Whitesboro took out rival New Hartford 5-1 on December 5, notching four of his team’s five goals.
University Sports Shop/Manny’s Major Moment: Jadon Buchanan, Onondaga boys basketball, hitting a 3-pointer in the final seconds of regulation to help the Tigers gain a 63-61 victory over Sandy Creek on December 3.
U.S. Army Athlete of the Week: Megan Dailey, Pulaski girls basketball. Dailey hit on 25 points, nearly half her team’s production, and it was needed for the Blue Devils to edge Altmar-Parish-Williamstown 54-53 on December 2.
Wilkins RV Winning Player: Parker Putnam, New Hartford boys swimming. The Spartans put away Holland Patent 63-34 in the December 5 season opener with Putnam putting up impressive times in the 200 and 500-yard freestyle.
Wonder Windows Winning Performance: Jace Bukowski, Central Square boys basketball. Just a sophomore, Bukowski put up 27 points as the Redhawks get past Mexico 68-65 in overtime on December 5.
