B&B Lumber Big Mover: Gavin Hames, Hamilton boys soccer. When the Emerald Knights pushed past Cooperstown 3-1 on September 30 Haines had a big part in Hamilton’s attack earning a pair of goals.
Byrne Dairy Prime Performer: Bailey Pressley, Copenhagen girls tennis. When the Gold Knights defeated Carthage 3-2 to complete an undefeated regular season at 12-0 Pressley was able to defeat second singles opponent Jada Zehr in straight sets.
CNY Softwash & Pressure Washing Superstar: Leah and Molly Randall, Clinton field hockey. The sister tandem each netted a pair of goal in the Comets’ October 2 game against New York Mills which resulted in a 7-1 victory.
Fire Brothers Red-Hot Performance: Ella Spanbauer, Homer girls volleyball. Spanbauer earned 20 kills and 17 digs which helped push the Trojans to a five-set victory over Jamesville-DeWitt on October 1.
The Image Press Icon: Rose Piorkowski, Liverpool girls swimming. With a score of 473.05 points, Piorkowski emerged victorious from the October 4 Salt City Invitational at Nottingham High School.
